Just book a slot in my agenda and lets discuss your doubts and ideas about how to plan together your childbirth and maternity (I can receive calls in working hours from Mondays to Fridays from 9 to 16 hrs).

Baby massage

(50 euros/session)

Learning by doing: under my guide you will learn how to massage your child. While bringing relaxation and wellness, massages also supports bonding between the baby and parent.
I offer 5 sessions of 1h each to progressively discover relaxations massages, you will also learn some care massages such as digestion, respiratory and sleep support.

Doula support

As a doula, I will bring you emotional as well as practical support during this transformative moment of your life: what is important for you as woman during pregnancy? How can we accompany the emotional storm the couple has to deal with? How would you like your childbirth experience to be? What kind of parents do you want to become? Etc.
